Considering safety, there are no exposed rotating parts.
Maintenance simplification
Maintenance-free. No adjustment required, with only a few consumable goods and accessories.
1. Since the impeller and electric motor axle are directly coupled, there is no need to adjust belt tension or exchange belts.
2. The electric motors in this series use a sealed bearing so there is no need to re-grease.
3. The bearing is longer lasting compared to belt driven machines.
4. Drive unit can be pulled out from the back with the impeller on, so the rotor can be taken down and repaired easily without taking off the intake and discharge pipes.
NOTICE
If there is a foundation bolt implanted into the ground, you cannot pull out the drive unit by sliding it towards the back. (If you would like to have the drive unit to be pulled out by sliding towards the back, we can make special orders.) You may have to take off the electric wirings of the electric motor due to the electric wirings’ position.
